De Carlo has been a family run company for generations, growing olive trees in Puglia (the heel of the boot) since XVII Century.
Alongside its extra virgin oil production, the De Carlo family produces with passion Olive Pastes using only top quality ingredients.
The Black Olive Paste has a distinctive aroma of olives and a strong flavour. It is ideal for delicious aperitifs, tasty bruschettas, finger sandwiches, or to accompany hard or soft cheese and all types of meat.

Olives 92%, Extra Vergin Olive Oil 5%, Salt. Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid.
