A DELICIOUS SAUCE FROM APULIA

Agricola del Sole cultivates patches of land scattered in the endless spaces of the enchanting Murge district whose climate, influenced by the sea currents and mountain airstreams, is typically Mediterranean.

Turnip Greens are a vegetable rich in calcium, phosphorus, vitamin C, vitamin B2 and vitamin A.

The Turnip Green Sauce is great to season pasta, and particulary the ‘orecchiette’, typical from Apulia. It can also be spread on grilled or toasted bread, for a tasty appetizer.
