Agricola del Sole cultivates patches of land scattered in the endless spaces of the enchanting Murge district whose climate, influenced by the sea currents and mountain airstreams, is typically Mediterranean.

The Cream is made with top quality legumes, processed in such a way as to maintain all their nutritious properties and flavour intact.
The Cream has a delicate and velvety texture, and it is excellent spread on grilled or toasted bread.
It can also be used as a base for delicious vegetable soups and, diluted in water, as a seasoning for short pasta.
