Agricola del Sole cultivates patches of land scattered in the endless spaces of the enchanting Murge district whose climate, influenced by the sea currents and mountain airstreams, is typically Mediterranean.
The Vinelli are entirely made with Remilled durum wheat semolina. Their name and their amber color derive from Nero di Troia, an autochthonous grape variety from Apulia. The ruby red wine gives them a full-bodied taste.
Irresistibly crispy, Vinelli are perfect appetizers in combination with dairy products, cheese, cold cuts and grilled vegetables.
INGREDIENTS
Remilled durum wheat semolina 64%, extra virgin olive oil, Nero di Troia wine 10%, white wine, natural aromas, salt. Contains gluten and sulphites.
