Born in Piemonte, near Alessandria, at the beginning of the 20th Century, Giraudi is an artisanal company famous for the high quality handcrafted chocolate.
Today the company is run by Giacomo Boidi, nephew of the chocolatier Giraudi, together with family members and other passionate persons.
Giacometta Dark Chocolate is a fine hazelnut spreadable cream made with a very high Piedmont hazelnuts percentage (50%) and high-quality cocoa.
It doesn’t contain any added oil, fat or flavours. The simplicity of the ingredients and the wise craftsmanship make the Giacometta a spreadable cream very close to perfection.
Taste it on a slice of bread, or use it to make delicious cakes.
INGREDIENTS
Toasted Piedmont hazelnuts IGP (50%), cane sugar, low fat cocoa powder.
Emulsifier: soya lecithin.
Gluten-free.

I love Giacometta fondente, is not as sweet as other brands, you can eat it with fruits, bread or just alone, it’s an amazing product.

This is a very good alternative to all the other spread creams sold in the market as it does not contain all the unnecessary ingredients that are usually added to this products to improve the flavour.
It contains at least 4 times real hazelnuts than other creams and the rest is cocoa, you will feel the difference as the real ingredients make it even more delicious!
