Born in Piemonte, near Alessandria, at the beginning of the 20th Century, Giraudi is an artisanal company famous for the high quality handcrafted chocolate.
Today the company is run by Giacomo Boidi, nephew of the chocolatier Giraudi, together with family members and other passionate persons.

In this chocolate bar, high-quality cocoa meets exotic fruits and cocoa nibs (cocoa grue) – bits of fermented, dried, roasted and crushed cacao beans -.
